Welcome to The Pork Hut, operated by Rystin Hill Farm in the Derwent Valley, Tasmania.
By accessing or purchasing from our website (porkhut.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and contributors.
2. Products
The Pork Hut offers farm-raised meat and seasonal produce direct from our farm to your home.
As our products are natural, hand-prepared, and perishable, there may be slight variations in size, weight, or appearance.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed through our website and are subject to product availability.
Payment is required in full at checkout using the secure payment options provided.
We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, due to stock shortages, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud).

Correct errors or update product and pricing information without notice.
You will receive an order confirmation once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Delivery & Pick-Up
We offer farm pick-up and delivery options within our service areas, as listed on our website.
Delivery days and times are scheduled based on location and order volume.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries or provide a suitable drop-off location.
Once an order has left our premises, The Pork Hut is not responsible for spoilage caused by missed deliveries or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Cancellations
Because our products are fresh and packed to order, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up time.
After this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
6. Refunds & Returns
We take great care in preparing and packaging our products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Once assessed, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
We cannot offer refunds for change of mind or improper storage once delivered.
7. Food Safety
All perishable items should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery or collection.
It is the customer’s responsibility to handle and cook all meat products safely following standard food safety practices.
8. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift cards are valid for the period stated on the card and are non-refundable.
They can only be used for purchases through The Pork Hut website or in person at Rystin Hill Farm.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, product names, and logos, remains the property of Rystin Hill Farm / The Pork Hut.
You may not reproduce or use our materials without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pork Hut is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from your use of our website or products.
