Our Baby back ribs are a by-product from the middles being boned out for bacon. These ribs aren't as meaty as you would usually get from a butcher but still enough on them to chuck some marinate on and either air fry or slow cook for a beer snack or on a plate with a great homemade slaw. These ribs come from our 8-12month old Pasture Raised pigs

For ease of inventory, weight goes by 100g so for 300g you may receive up to 399g in your order but still only charged for what you select. If stock is unavailable you will be upgraded to the next weight range or refunded.
