For ease of inventory, weight goes by 100g so for 300g you may receive up to 399g in your order but still only charged for what you select. If stock is unavailable you will be upgraded to the next weight range or refunded.

We deliver every Saturday in our refrigerated vehicle, you will receive a message Friday morning with your delivery window. We carefully create our delivery route with a precision route planner so we are able to get to all our customers.
Omg, I love this pork belly. I use Nagi's recipe from her book, but this can also be found online (recipetineats). However, you obviously need a good product to begin with. Rystin Hill - Your pork belly is amazing and so tasty!
