Note: Hams will be fresh, roasts will be vac sealed & frozen to lock in the freshness for you to prepare your perfect Christmas Day Lunch. 


All our meat is vacuum sealed to lock in freshness, with no preservatives added during the sealing process (unlike supermarket meat, which often relies on additives for longer shelf life). We then snap freeze each cut to preserve its quality—so it’s just as fresh when it reaches your door as it was when it left our farm. Delivered ready for your freezer, and ready when you are.
